These terms apply when you use this website or buy from it. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraud.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and are the final price at checkout. There are no customs charges, import fees or handling fees added afterwards.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

Products and images

We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours may look slightly different from the garment in your hands. Where a size chart is provided, measure against it before ordering.

Your rights under Australian law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.

Your account and conduct

Keep your account details to yourself. Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to scrape it.

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for what those sites do.

The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
