Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you'd like a different size or a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Australia. There is no minimum spend.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed shortly after they're placed and can't be changed once processing has started.
If you need to cancel, contact us through our contact pageas soon as you can. Once an order is being packed or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard returns process applies.

If your tracking says "delivered" but the parcel isn't with you, try these steps first:
