How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed.
Once your order has shipped, delivery within Australia usually takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on where you are and the delivery method chosen.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that return postage is at the customer's cost.
Final sale items, promotional products, underwear, socks, and fragrance without its original sealed packaging are not eligible for return.

How do I find the right size?

Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you'd like a different size or a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Australia. There is no minimum spend.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed shortly after they're placed and can't be changed once processing has started.
If you need to cancel, contact us through our contact page as soon as you can. Once an order is being packed or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard returns process applies.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it. What now?
If your tracking says "delivered" but the parcel isn't with you, try these steps first:

• Check with neighbours, around your letterbox, at reception, or in any other safe drop spot
• Look at the delivery notes left by the carrier
