To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that return postage is at the customer's cost.
Final sale items, promotional products, underwear, socks, and fragrance without its original sealed packaging are not eligible for return.

How do I track my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
You can use these to check on your delivery at any time.
How do I find the right size?
We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. The size chart sits right on the product page, next to the size selector, to help you land on the right fit.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you'd like a different size or a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Australia. There is no minimum spend.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed shortly after they're placed and can't be changed once processing has started.
If you need to cancel, contact us through our contact pageas soon as you can. Once an order is being packed or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard returns process applies.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it. What now?
If your tracking says "delivered" but the parcel isn't with you, try these steps first:
• Check the delivery address on your order • Check with neighbours, around your letterbox, at reception, or in any other safe drop spot • Look at the delivery notes left by the carrier
