Shoes for the day out
The pair that finishes the outfit.
The dress is chosen and the lunch is booked. The shoes are always the hard part.
We choose ours for exactly those days: Mary Janes, T-bars, slingbacks and summer sandals, in shapes that look right with a dress or with cuffed jeans.
Every pair comes in AU sizes, and the size chart on this page gives each one with its foot length in centimetres. So you can choose at home, with a tape measure, without guessing.

Finally a wedge I can wear all day. The rope on the sole is neat, the black does not show marks and the elastic at the back holds the heel well. I am an AU 8 and the 8 is spot on.

Pretty with the beads, more elegant than the usual orthopaedic sandal. Comfortable on the cobbles down at the markets. Half a star off, the braided strap took a couple of days to soften up.

The gold is understated, not shiny like some photos make it look. The little heel is steady and the sole cushions well, I walked all afternoon without any pain. My usual size fitted perfectly.

Here in five days, nicely packed. The velcro straps adjust to my slightly wide foot and you feel the arch support straight away. The beige goes with everything.

Very comfortable, the elastic straps do not grip and the navy is true to the photo. Half a star off because the sole is a bit thicker than I expected, but you get used to it quickly.

The red is gorgeous, exactly as on the site. Three adjustable straps, real support for my weak ankles. Three weeks of wear and not a single blister.
